How to Measure — Put the scale on a hard and flat floor, then put your one foot on the scale lightly for the first calibration. Once the number shows zero that you can measure with bare feet. Accurate weight measurement to 0.1 kg / 0.2 lbs. The data will sync to the APP with Bluetooth on (NO NEED TO PAIR), which for up to 21 body composition analyses include your Heart Rate, BMI, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, Body Water, BMR, Protein, Visceral Fat, etc
Use with APP — There are three categories in the APP, including evaluation (weighing information); Trends (changes in body weight, body fat percentage, muscle percentage, water content, etc); “Mine” is the information about the account and the bound device. It can track unlimited users’ historical data. Search bodivis in the Apple Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on the package to download the App, which allows Bluetooth 4.0, Android 4.4, and iOS 10.0 or above system to use.
