Small: 28″ – 33″

Medium: 33″ – 38″

Large: 38″ – 43″

To determine your correct size, measure your waist at your navel with a tape measure. Take the measurement over your normal gym clothing and pull the tape so it’s snug. Do not go by your pants size.
