We recommend using wrist wraps weightlifting during all variations of Snatches, Deadlifts, Snatch and Clean Pulls.
We do not recommend to use the straps for wrist support in any variants of cleans if you have bad mobility/flexibility in wrists and elbows.
HOW TO USE:
Here’s the wrist-wrap guide you need to read before you begin.
Start by sliding your thumb through the loop, the wrap is down your palm (printed side up in order not to ruin the paint). Pull-on the end of the wrap so it fits tightly around your wrist. Turn wrap 2 times around the wrist, after you can remove the thumb loop from the finger and hide it under the wristband. Stratch the band to give custom tightness
